Doctors Eric and Ana Peralta are in ‘cloud 9’ with the recent achievement of their son who topped the 2019 Physician Licensure Examination with a rating of 90.92%. But the young man is actually the third of their kids to become a doctor with flying colors because his elder siblings were also topnotchers in their batch when they took the same licensure exam!
Federico Adriano Peralta IV graduated from the University of Santo Tomas (UST). He made everyone proud when he topped the 2019 Physician Licensure Examination.

The brilliant new doctor impressed everyone with his accomplishments. In 2014, he graduated as magna cum laude from BS Medical Technology (BSMT) and passed the MedTech Board Exam. Then, he proceeded to medicine where he would graduate as summa cum laude and valedictorian of Batch 2018.
Federico takes the Top 1 spot in the 2019 Physician Licensure Examination.

But Federico is not the only topnotcher in the family.

The Peralta family produced its first topnotcher in Ana Bianca Eloise, the eldest. She completed BSMT as cum laude in 2010, then Medicine as magna cum laude in 2014. She ranked Top 6 in the 2015 Physician Board Exam.

Following her footsteps, Ana Eryka Elaine graduated from BSMT as magna cum laude in 2012 and from Medicine as magna cum laude in 2016. She ranked Top 5 in the 2017 Physician Board Exam.
Proud of their children, daddy Eric Peralta who is an anesthesiologist shared their story on social media, saying that he and his wife Ana, an OB-GYNE, are signing off as their children’s ‘training coaches’.

“The road Ana and I traveled as parents to these three has been long and bumpy. At this point, we can securely rest on the belief that their wings are already strong enough to make it excellently on their own.
In a few days from now we will be filling our small treasure chest with our 10th and last real gold! This is the only kind of treasure that we have and what we have ever dreamed of.”
Federico plans to become a surgeon. Ana Bianca is already training to become an Internist – Oncologist while Ana Eryka trains to become an OB-GYNE specializing in Oncology.
